Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the CollabIQ platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using CollabIQ you represent that you meet this age requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notify us immediately at support@collabiq.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

By connecting your Instagram account via OAuth, you authorise CollabIQ to access your Instagram data through Meta's official API on your behalf.

• We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• We only access data permitted by the scopes you grant during the OAuth flow.
• We will never post, comment, send messages, or take actions on Instagram on your behalf without your explicit action within the platform.
• You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Instagram, or directly through your Instagram account settings.
• CollabIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your portfolio page is publicly accessible at collabiq.in/{your-slug} and can be discovered by anyone on the internet.

• You control what metrics and content appear on your portfolio via your dashboard settings.
• You are responsible for ensuring the content on your portfolio is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Brand enquiries submitted through your portfolio form are private to you — brands cannot see other creators' enquiry data.
• You grant CollabIQ a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your public portfolio content for the purpose of operating the platform.

• Creator OS provides tools for deal management and tracking — it does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
• We are not a party to any deal, agreement, or contract between you and a brand or agency.
• Revenue tracking is based solely on the figures you enter; we do not verify payments, invoices, or contract terms.
• We are not responsible for disputes, non-payment, or any other issues arising between creators and brands.
• The email threading feature facilitates communication but does not create a binding communication record.

CollabIQ uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate content suggestions, audience insights, and Reel Health Scores.

• AI-generated outputs are informational and intended to assist your decision-making — they are not guarantees of performance.
• Reel Health Scores are computed from your historical metrics; past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Content suggestions are generated based on patterns in your data; you should apply your own judgement before acting on them.
• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI-generated suggestions.

• Spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive other users, brands, or third parties.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorised access.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or violating intellectual property rights.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.

Creator OS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

• We are not liable for changes to Instagram's API, policies, or data availability — these are controlled by Meta.
• We are not liable for the accuracy of Instagram metrics, which are provided directly by Meta's API.
• We are not liable for data loss caused by infrastructure outages at third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Upstash).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or are causing harm to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@collabiq.in. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Sections 5, 6, and 8 of these Terms survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you by email where possible.

Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to delete your account.
